Dental fees and terms & conditions of Dental Practice De Liefde
Our fees have been determined by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa), under the authority of the Dutch government. Please click here to view the rates per January 2024.
In our practice, we rather take care of your teeth than spend a lot of time to our financial administration. That is why we have outsourced sending and collecting invoices to Fa-med. This is a company specializing in invoicing and collecting invoices, and today this company works for thousands of healthcare providers such as dentists, specialists in braces, general practitioners, physiotherapists, psychiatrists and veterinarians.
What does this mean for you?
You will receive the invoice for the dental treatment or operation from Infomedics. In some cases, the invoice will first be submitted to your health insurer. You will then only receive an invoice for the expenses which are not reimbursed by your health insurer.
Digital invoicing via Infomedics
If you choose digital invoicing, you will find an overview of all your invoices and your personal details on https://patienten-inloggen.infomedics.nl/.
Pay on time
Do not forget to pay your invoice on time. This will save you money and a lot of irritation. Infomedics offers a term of payment of 30 days after the invoice date. In case you are unexpectedly unable to pay on time, please contact Infomedics as soon as possible via +31 (0)36 203 19 00 or go to www.infomedics.nl.
Questions about your invoice?
Do you have any questions about your invoice? You can already find the answers to many questions here. In case your question is not here yet, please contact Infomedics on +31 (0)36 203 19 00 or go to https://patienten-inloggen.infomedics.nl/.
Do you prefer to pay directly?
This is also possible in our practice. You can pay by card or in cash directly after your treatment.
In case you feel we have treated or informed you unjustly or inaccurately, please contact us. We would like to invite you here to discuss and clarify your complaints.
If we are not able to solve this by ourselves, you could use the complaints procedure of the professional association KNMT.
